Is it possible that I FORGOT my CTMH Spring/Summer Idea Books were soon to be delivered right after Christmas??!! Those of you who know me, would surely say NO WAY!
sadly, I have to admit yes, I indeed forgot!!! In my defense let me tell you a little story to help you understand. I might even garner some sympathy… (hee hee)

In December every couple days the Fed Ex guy was showing up at my door with the gifts I had purchased online. In the beginning it was fun! I couldn’t wait to see what he was bringing and it was all very exciting!
As the days wore on and Christmas drew closer it was starting to feel like a chore. The door bell would freak my dog, Sawyer out! He is a big dog and has a threatening look and bark. So, while that makes for an excellent watch dog, he is not a favorite of unfamiliar visitors. To make matters worse he has a great disdain for strange men and trucks. So, if he happens to be outside at the time, this is where the dance begins!

I am literally chasing my dog around the Fed Ex truck and I want to strangle him!

As Christmas drew closer, I am sad to say it was actually draining me. So, I was thrilled when Christmas day arrived the presents were opened and the recipients were happy. I think I even gave myself a pat on the back for a job well done. I was SO glad that was over!
A couple days AFTER Christmas, the door bell rings and Sawyer is ready to attack (he is harmless!) My patience was slowly waning as all the family was home on Christmas Vacation. So, I march up to the door and all I keep thinking is what the heck is this now? Every gift came that I purchased so it must be a mistake. I was a little irritated at the thought of dealing with Mr. Fed Ex man when I swiftly opened the door. Then what to my wondering eyes should appear??

My Spring/Summer Idea Books from Close to my Heart were here!
Those boxes also housed all upcoming stamps of the month. WHOO HOOO!!! I went from dancing around the Fed Ex truck with Sawyer to dancing around my kitchen while hugging my new Idea Book from CTMH.
To Fed Ex Man and Sawyer, all is forgiven…till next year!!
